Week 8 – Runners Challenge #1
This week we have 2 runners challenge, the first one is about measuring and comparing today’s physical strength to 7 weeks ago. Give it all…
Remember the challenge:
- Burpees – 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- Backward Lunges – 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Day 2 – Week 8
Today we are going to take it easy. The goal is to keep your body moving, helping to recover and getting it ready for the Runners Challenge #2 of this week.
Main Set = 6 Exercises. Do them in order and repeat 5 times
- Russian Twists
- Plank
- Bird Dog
- Sit Through
- Side Plank Left
- Side Plank Right
For each exercise:
- 50 seconds ON – 10 Seconds REST
- There is no rest between sets.

This Runners Challenge #2 has a very specific goal, please watch the video.
